Certified Source is now hiring for a great company in the Catoosa/East Tulsa area for a Customer Service Manager position!


Well-established, full-service thermoplastic vacuum forming company in Tulsa, Oklahoma has
immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager. Company has been in business 40+ years
and operates more than a dozen plastic vacuum forming machines, a full service mold/tool shop,
machine shop, secondary assembly and finishing areas. You will work directly with the
Executive Vice President to motivate and inspire our team of employees and directly manage
customer service efforts. If you are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where
your drive and skills really make a difference, this is an ideal position for you.
The successful individual must be an energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented professional
with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. This position will be responsible for
supporting customer relations and office duties to enhance the organization with outstanding customer
support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills both verbal and
written.

Duties:
Works with Operations, Sales, and Production to deliver exceptional customer service
Serve as the internal Voice of the Customer
Reviews orders, PO s, invoicing and customer correspondence for accurate details
Maintains documentation and appropriate traceability
Promote an environment of continuous improvement
Manage customer service team including: interviewing, hiring, training, developing,
guiding daily activities, and disciplinary actions as needed

Job Requirements:
Experience managing in an office environment
Proficient with Office and strong Excel
Customer Service experience
Reviewing Orders, PO s, invoicing and customer correspondence for accurate details experience
preferred
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented and professional focusing on data integrity
Motivated, self- starter, highly dependable
The ability to work with a team and motivate employees
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings preferred
ERP experience with Infor Visual a plus
Required Education:
An Associate s degree or equivalent work experience
